Pricing

The following pricing is based on Standard Market Breeds, if your animals are any other breeds they may be subject to an additional processing rate. Prices are subject to change without notice or posting.


Processing Instructions

Processing Instructions must be completed using the Form on the upper portion of this page. Each species will have its own Form.

Contact Information

All Customers must provide a mobile phone number that receives standard text messages. We utilize a mobile device to provide customer updates. DO NOT RESPOND to this line as it is unmonitored, call 559-674-6247 with any questions.

Instructions Timeline

All Processing Instructions must be submitted through this website within 24 hours of your animal being harvested or a Standard Cut may be issued.

Splitting

When splitting an animal between more than two parties, our Butchers may have to modify the selections to ensure an equitable split between all parties.

Weights

 You will receive a printed copy of your Cut Sheet when you pick up your meat. We do not weigh the meat after processing your carcass so the only weight listed on your cut sheet will be the carcass weight. 

Billing & Pick-up

 You will receive a text message informing you that your meat is complete and ready for pick-up. Upon receiving this text you will have three days to pick-up. When we send this message your meat may not be frozen yet so plan accordingly.


Beef

Custom Slaughtered Beef. Minimum Charge $500 per head.

Standard Processing

1.45/ #

This covers standard processing. Any animals with excessive ground beef, or , animals with items vacuumed in single portions will be billed at an additional rate.

Waste Fee

5

This pays for the disposal of the parts of the animal that are unusable for consumption.

Box Charge / Deposit

3 ea

This is a Charge for the boxes your animal is packaged in; after you have loaded up your Ice Chests just bring the boxes back in good condition to get your deposit back. Once boxes have left our premises they are no longer eligible to return for credit.


Pork

Custom Slaughtered Pork. Minimum Charge $200 per head.

Standard Processing Fee

 This covers standard processing. Any animals with excessive grind, or , animals with items vacuumed in single portions will be billed at an additional rate.

 This covers standard processing for a carcass up to 100 lbs. Specialty items will be billed at an additional rate.

Specialty Services

Additional services offered for your custom processed animal. Chase's Chop Shop DOES NOT process Heart, Liver, Tongue, or other organ meats; if you would like these products you MUST arrange them to be left onsite at the time of Slaughter.

Custom Labeling

Add your Name, Business Name, or a special message to every package. (Each package will have the same custom message; bulk ground will not have this unique label)

Split Fee

Each customer will be charged a split fee on all animals  divided by our staff.


Self Slaughter

All Self Slaughtered Animals must be scheduled with us using the "Schedule a Slaughter Appointment" button on the top of this page. Self Slaughtered Animals will be processed at a higher price per pound, confirm current pricing before drop-off. All Self Slaughtered Animals are subject to an unloading fee. Chase's Chop Shop reserves the right to reject any Self Slaughtered Carcass.

Beef

Self Slaughtered Beef must be skinned, gutted, split down the spine, and each half split. Carcass's that are not quartered may be rejected.

Pork

Self Slaughtered Hogs must be skinned, gutted, and split down the spine. Carcass's that are not split may be rejected.

Lambs & Goats

Self Slaughtered Lambs or Goats must be skinned and gutted.
